All-Inclusive Terms

Thank you for choosing our hotel. Please note the following important information regarding your upcoming stay:
• Check-in time: after 15:00
• All-Inclusive privileges: begin at 13:00 on the day of arrival and end at 11:00 on the day of departure
You are welcome to start enjoying meals and beverages from 13:00, even before your room is ready.
If you wish to remain on the hotel premises after check-out, this may be possible upon prior request at the reception. This is subject to availability and occupancy levels and may incur an additional charge.
The All-Inclusive service is available daily from 07:30 to 23:00 (until 00:00 from June to August), with alcoholic drinks served from 10:00 to 00:00.
A wristband will be provided at check-in and must be worn or shown at all times to access All-Inclusive services. The color of the wristband is blue for adults and yellow for children under 18 (for whom alcohol consumption is prohibited).
Meals and drinks are unlimited for personal consumption and must be enjoyed within the restaurant and bar areas. It is not permitted to remove food or beverages from these areas.
Sharing All-Inclusive privileges with guests not on the same plan is strictly prohibited.
The hotel management reserves the right to withdraw All-Inclusive access in cases of inappropriate behavior or misuse of the service.

Notes
Anything not mentioned on All-Inclusive Program page is not part of the services offered.
The hotel management reserves the right to make changes to the benefits program without prior notice.
No refunds will be given for missed meals. Package benefits cannot be transferred to another guest.
The use of the hotel facilities/activities is provided at the user's own risk. Any damage caused to the hotel equipment is the responsibility of the visitor and is borne by the guest.
The hotel cannot be held responsible for facilities, services and amenities that cannot be used due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
